The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program offers a direct and proven pathway to permanent U.S. residency for qualified foreign nationals and their immediate families. Established by Congress in 1990, the program allows investors who commit the required capital to a qualifying U.S. business or Regional Center project — and whose investment creates or preserves at least ten full-time American jobs — to apply for a U.S. green card.
